"They closed my policy of 6 years with 100% on time payments after requesting my updated license which I provided within 2 minutes of the request. They had 2 weeks to let me know they never received the updated license or at the very least say when my coverage would be falling off. I would never have found out til my next bill. I feel completely betrayed. I would have been screwed if something had happened. You cannot trust this company. Never ever do business here."

He personally checks in with his customers to ensure their coverage is optimized and he explains difficult policy language with ease and genuine interest. "Been with Jim Franco State Farm for over 7 years with both Auto and Home policies. Never had any problems with a claim, on the contrary they are there to help. Staff are very helpful and courteous and can't say enough about them finding the best discounts for your coverage needs. Will be with them for years to come.
